Lake Speed Inc. is a family owned and operated lessor of commercial real estate space out of Kannapolis, NC. Currently we own and operate three buildings in Concord, NC and one building in Jackson, MS. Lake has been working in commercial real estate since he was in college back in 1967. He went on to manage and build several warehouses. In the early 1970's he obtained his broker's license in Mississippi where he was born and raised. After moving to Kannapolis, NC in the mid 1980's, Lake focused on developing more FLEX SPACE in the surrounding Concord/Kannapolis area.
